My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were small and lacked a sea view, which was disappointing. However, the stunning views across the garden and pool made up for it. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff, although the hotel could benefit from a significant update. The location was great, allowing easy access to the old town and Grand Harbour, but the hotel was missing some luxury amenities. The dining experience was good with delicious food that changed daily, but not at the level of other places in Sorrento.
The hotel offers comfortable and unique rooms, but the check-in time was inconvenient. The staff, including the pool attendant Pasquale, were excellent and friendly. The location provides spectacular sea views and easy access to various attractions, although there were some noise issues. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, with home-made desserts as a highlight.

However, the hotel charges top dollar but doesn't even offer a complimentary 50-cent water bottle. The hotel offered stunning views overlooking the bay of Naples and had helpful staff arranging fantastic day trips, but the room lacked furniture and the shower setup was awkward. Despite these flaws, considering the price paid, it was a decent stay.
