I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right on the edge of downtown and still by the water, offering amazing views and just a stone's throw away from the center and the port for trips to Capri and Naples. The rooms, although accessed by a small narrow stairway, were quite large with plenty of storage space, and the beautiful huge balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples was a highlight. The service, while very good overall, lacked a bit of friendliness at times, yet the staff were courteous and efficient. The dining experience, with its incredible views, was top-notch offering a huge variety of sweet treats and delightful Campania-style cakes, though lacking a bit in international variety. Overall, a wonderful experience worth every penny.
